SAFETY Act Certification

The highest level of federal recognition for anti-terrorism technology, administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Every Meridian product, service, and technology is SAFETY Act Certified, providing liability protection across the global supply chain. 

MASH TL-3 Specifications

The AASHTO standard for crash testing roadway safety equipment. Archer Guard meets MASH TL-3 standards, safely stopping vehicles ranging from passenger cars to full-size pickup trucks at highway speeds while remaining non-lethal to the driver. 

ASTM Crash Rating

The international standard for testing vehicle security barriers and hostile vehicle mitigation systems. Meridian barriers meet ASTM F2656-07 M30 P3 ratings, providing proven protection against vehicle-borne threats. 

IWA-14 International Standard

An International Workshop Agreement developed by ISO to standardize vehicle security barrier testing globally. Meridian barriers meet IWA-14 specifications for testing and rating hostile vehicle mitigation barriers with international consistency. 

PAS-68 British Standard

A British standard for vehicle security barriers developed by the British Standards Institution. Widely recognized across Europe, Meridian barriers meet PAS-68 requirements for testing and rating hostile vehicle mitigation systems. 

Ballistics Rated up to 0.50-Caliber

The Archer 1200 is constructed from American steel tested to stop rounds up to .50-caliber. The ballistics-rated steel provides cover for law enforcement, security personnel, and civilians in active-shooter situations.
